This free webinar is for nurses, pharmacists, therapists, attorneys, and other licensed professionals who coach, consult, teach, or sell something on the side of their licensed work.
We’ll start with five patterns that bring licensees before their boards, using anonymized examples about advertising, titles and credentials, scope creep, supervision, and recordkeeping. Then we’ll look at the offers drawing regulators’ attention right now, like IV hydration, peptides, supplements, and med-spa services, along with the boundary between you as the owner and the people you serve. We won’t say whether any treatment is safe, effective, or allowed under your license, because that depends on your state and your practice act. The last part is the business side, with offer boundaries, disclaimers, intake, and keeping your licensed practice and your business systems separate.
You’ll leave knowing which questions to bring to your own attorney and your own licensing board. At the end, we’ll take a few minutes to share Pink Binder Limited’s founding membership and Calling to Clarity’s business builds. Neither one is legal advice or legal services.
This is education only. It isn’t legal advice, and attending doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. Rules differ by state and by license, so for questions about your own practice, talk to your own attorney.
Neither host is your lawyer, and neither of us can discuss or advise on a complaint or investigation in front of a licensing board. If you have one, talk to your own attorney. Anything you say, type, or send to either of us isn’t confidential or privileged.
Get on the Priority List
Pink Binder Limited and Calling to Clarity offer professional education and business consulting, and neither is a law firm. Nothing in this training is legal, medical, tax, or accounting advice, and attending doesn’t create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship.
