Calling to Clarity Back to The Porch Sale
The Porch Sale

Terms of sale

Effective October 18, 2026

The short version

You buy one ready-made site for $297, and I make it yours with your words, photos, and colors. Add $150 and I put it online on a hosting account you own. You can get a full refund until you send your intake form, and none after that, because that's when work starts. Other people can buy the same template, so the design is yours to use and theirs too. Nothing here is legal or professional advice.

1. Who this is between

These terms are between you and Cabinet 13, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company that offers its services under the name Calling to Clarity ("we," "us"). Buying from The Porch Sale means you agree to them.

2. What $297 buys

One site from The Porch Sale, made yours from the intake form you send after checkout. That includes:

Not included

Writing or editing your copy, new sections or pages, a logo, online payments, a shop, or hosting. If you want any of those, a website build is the better fit, and we're glad to quote one.

3. What $150 post and host buys

After those 14 days, your hosting account and domain are yours to keep up, renew, and pay for. We take ourselves off your accounts, and you can invite us back any time. Later changes are quoted before we start.

4. Your intake and the timeline

After checkout you'll go to an intake form. Your site is ready within 7 business days of a complete intake, meaning every required field is filled and your photos have arrived. If something's missing, we'll email you within one business day, and the 7 days start once it's complete. Your single round of changes should come in one note within 14 days of your preview link.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund until you submit your intake form. Write to tara@taranixon.com before you send it and we'll refund the whole order, including post and host.

Once you submit your intake, work starts, and the order can't be refunded. The form asks you to confirm this before you send it. If you bought post and host on its own later, it's refundable until we start setting up your hosting.

6. Your words and photos

Everything you send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it to build and launch your site, and you confirm that it's yours or that you have permission to use it. If something you send infringes on someone else's rights, that responsibility is yours.

7. The design

The Porch Sale sells ready-made designs. Once your order is paid, you get a permanent, non-exclusive license to use your template for one business's website. You own your content and your finished site's files, and we keep ownership of the template's design and code. That means other people can buy the same template, and you can't resell it, give it away as a template, or offer it as a product of your own.

8. The sample sites

The sample sites show how each template looks. Their businesses, people, prices, reviews, and photos are made up. They show what the template can hold, and they don't promise any result for your business.

9. Not professional advice

Our work is building websites. Nothing about this purchase is legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, or creates an attorney-client relationship. If your site collects client information or makes claims about your services, have your own attorney review your privacy policy, terms, and claims.

10. As is

Outside the 14 days of fixes included with post and host, the site and files are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't control hosting companies, domain registrars, or email providers, and we aren't responsible for their outages, pricing, or changes.

11. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for anything relating to your order won't exceed what you paid for it.

12. If something goes wrong

Tell us first. Write to tara@taranixon.com and we'll try in good faith to fix it within 30 days. If we can't, we'll try mediation before either of us goes to court. These terms are governed by South Carolina law, and any lawsuit belongs in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

13. Everything else

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement about your Porch Sale order. If we update them, the date at the top changes, and the version in effect when you bought applies to your order.
