Tara reads every application. She looks for a session idea that fits one of the four tracks, gifts that go with it, and a speaker this audience would trust. The quality of what you bring matters more than your list size.

Tara founded Calling to Clarity, where she builds the systems underneath service businesses. She's an attorney by training, and she's building her own business on evenings and weekends alongside a full-time job.

Before you apply

Is my session live or recorded?

Recorded, 15 to 20 minutes, so you record once, on your schedule. Tara will invite select contributors to serve on the opening panel each day based on content and offering.

Can I reuse a talk I've given before?

New sessions are preferred. A fresh angle on a talk you know well is fine when it fits one of the four tracks.

How does pay work?

Every role earns commission on the VIP passes they refer. Speakers earn 50%, gift contributors 25%, Featured sponsors 75%, and Spotlight sponsors 50%. Your rate is written into your agreement before you record.

Can I mention my offer?

Yes, of course. Please make the offer relevant to the audience.

My list is small. Should I apply?

Yes. There's no list minimum for any role. The form asks for your list size and how you'll promote so Tara can see the whole picture.
