A sunny room to stretch, sweat, and slow down
Small classes in a bright studio on Sample Street, from gentle stretching to strong flow. Bring yourself. We have mats, blocks, and a shelf of plant cuttings you're welcome to take home.
This week at the studio
Classes run 60 minutes unless noted. Book ahead to hold a mat, or walk in if there's room.
Find your pace
Gentle stretch
Slow, floor-based, and full of props. Good for stiff backs, new bodies, and long weeks.
Slow flow
Steady movement linked to breath, with time to learn each shape.
Strong flow
A warm, sweaty hour with arm balances on offer and never required.
Restore
Five or six long, supported poses under blankets. Most people leave half asleep.
Everything's here when you arrive
Mats and props, free
Borrow a mat, blocks, a strap, and a bolster. We clean every mat after every class.
The cutting wall
Take a rooted cutting home after your tenth class. Bring one back if you have a plant to share.
Lockers and showers
Two showers, towels, and lockers with keys, so you can come straight from work.
Come once, or come every day
Every option includes mat and prop rental. Students, teachers, and nurses get 15% off with ID.
