No. Morning practice is slow and gentle, with options for every body. Plenty of guests have never been to a class.
Most guests do. Book a shared bungalow and we'll pair you with someone, or take a private one.
Tell us on the booking form. The kitchen cooks for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free guests every week.
You lie on a mat under a blanket while bowls are played around the room for about forty minutes. Most people fall asleep, which is fine.
