It walks you through formation and registration, licenses and permits, tax questions to bring to your accountant, insurance, contracts and policies, and the client information you collect, with official sources where they exist.
You keep track of your own status, dates, and renewal cycles, and a "Who can help me answer this?" section helps you sort your open questions by who to ask — an attorney, an accountant, an insurance broker, or a licensing office. Everything you type into the mini-app stays in your own browser.
There's a U.S. version and an international version. The U.S. version adds links to official U.S. sources.

The Business Foundations Mini-App is an organizing and educational tool. It isn't legal, tax, accounting, insurance, privacy, or licensing advice, and using it doesn't create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship.
