Where your business wants structure first

What I heard

  • Inquiries arrive by Instagram DM, email, and text, and some never get an answer.
  • Every new client gets a contract, an invoice, and an intake form you send by hand, one at a time.
  • People ask which of your four packages is right for them, and you explain it fresh on every call.
  • Fridays are supposed to be your day off, and they keep filling with admin.

Where I'd start

1
Regulate & Clarify

Packages a client can choose between

The snag
Four packages overlap enough that clients can't tell them apart, so every first call with a buyer turns into a walkthrough of all four.
What we'd build
A clearer offer, probably fewer packages, each named for who it's for, on one page you can send before the call.
Time it takes now
Not measured yetWe didn't put a number on this one
Try this week
Look at your last five clients and write down which package each one bought. Notice which one nobody picks.
2
Build the Client Journey

Every inquiry gets an answer

The snag
Inquiries land in three places and you answer them when you remember to look. You told me two people went quiet last month before you replied.
What we'd build
One place every inquiry lands, with a first reply you write once, in your own words, that goes out the same day with a link to book a call.
Time it takes now
About 2 hours a weekYour estimate, hunting for messages and writing replies
Try this week
Write the reply you wish you had sent those two people. Save it where you can paste it in ten seconds.
3
Install the Operating System

Onboarding that runs without you

The snag
The contract, invoice, and intake form go out by hand for every new client, and a missing step means a session starts before the paperwork is done.
What we'd build
A single yes that sends all three in order, tells you when each is done, and books the first session once the intake comes back.
Time it takes now
About 90 minutes per new clientYour estimate, from the steps you walked me through
Try this week
List every step from "yes, I'm in" to the first session, in order, including the ones you sometimes skip.

Your offer as I heard it

What you sell
Four coaching packages, from a single session up to six months of support.
Who it's for
People partway through a career change who can't yet name what they want next.
What you charge
$150 for a single session, up to $2,400 for six months.
What's unclear
The two middle packages differ by four sessions and a workbook. A buyer can't tell which one she needs, so she asks you, and the call becomes a menu reading.

Your next 30 days

  1. Week 1Take the package tally from page 1 and write one sentence per package saying who it's for. If two sentences come out the same, those two packages are one package.
  2. Week 2Pick the one place inquiries will land and point everything else there. Put that link in your Instagram bio and your email signature, and send your saved reply from it every time.
  3. Week 3Put your contract, invoice, and intake form in one folder with your step list on top. Run your next new client through it in order and mark any step you'd hand off if you could.
  4. Week 4Decide on Monday what enough looks like for the week, with Friday left out of the math. Whatever doesn't fit by Thursday afternoon waits for next week.

What I'd stop doing

  • Answering inquiries from your phone at night. Those replies come out rushed, and the people worth keeping deserve the reply you write in week 2.
  • Making a new intake form for each client. Reuse the last one you sent until the build replaces it.

What I noticed you do well

Your clients stay. Most of them renew past the first package, and two of your last five came from someone you'd already coached. That's the part of the business that already works, so the client journey we'd build keeps that path open.

My straight answer

The six-week build fits where you are. We'd start by naming the actual problem, and for you that's the packages, because the first reply and the onboarding both depend on knowing which package someone is buying. If you'd rather start on your own, everything in these pages is yours to keep either way.

If we build it together

Six weeks, one to one, in four phases. Here is what each phase would cover for Juniper Path.

  1. Regulate & ClarifySettle which packages stay and who each one is for.
  2. Build the Client JourneyMap every step from first message to renewal, including the referrals that already come in without you asking.
  3. Install the Operating SystemSet up the inquiry inbox and the onboarding sequence in tools you already pay for wherever we can.
  4. Stabilize & ScaleWrite down how it all runs, set a weekly rhythm that keeps Friday yours, decide what waits until later, and decide what you stop offering.

What it costs

$1,750 founding rate

Open to my first five clients. A $500 deposit holds your start date, then three payments of $417, $417, and $416. Thirty days of support after delivery are included.
